Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the images.

Additionally included in this recent document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing distinct parts of the property.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
